Diet Recipes – Baked Tilapia


l Tilapia Fillet
6 Grape Tomatoes
1/4 Sweet Onion
1/4 Lemon
4 Large White Button Mushrooms
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper
Aluminum Foil


Take a large piece of aluminum foil and place it on the countertop

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place the tilapia on the foil and season it to taste with the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper

Squeeze the lemon juice over the top of the fish and place piece of lemon on the foil next to the fish

Slice the onion, and then lay the slices onto of the fish

Cut the tomatoes in half and then also add them

Wrap up the fish and all the ingredients in the foil and place it in the oven

Bake for approximately 10 to 15 Minutes

Add additional seasoning to taste, if necessary
